A SESSION WITH JAY ENHANCES YOUR LIFE!

Since 1978 Author Jay Cooper MS, has provided effective lifestyle counsel to clients
from all regions of the world on a variety of health related subjects.

#1- Nutritional Analysis- During this 50-minute session discuss how your food choices are affecting your moods, energy levels, and overall health.


#2- Advanced Body Composition Analysis-
During this 50-minute session you learn whether you are: Ectomorphic (linear), Mesomorphic (hourglass), or Endomorphic (pear-shaped). Next is a comparison between your current percent body fat and your ideal percent body fat for your physique-type. Then the principles are explained that balance your fat to lean ratio using diet, exercise, herbs, and craving controls.


#3- Mood Management-
During this 50-session you learn how to use specific stretch-breathing techniques, herbs and
amino acids to help control your moods.


#4- Essential Exercise-
During this 50-minute session you learn the essential "how to" principles for your constitutional type to get the exercise high from your efforts.

#5- Convenient Exercise- During this 50-minute session you learn, see, and practice a resistance-bands routine that will keep you fit and trim forever.

#6- Aqua-Motions-
During this 2-hour session you learn, see, and practice a variety of water motion activities, (floatation device assisted to prevent fear of the water). This session is ideal for those wanting to learn how to effectively "zone out" in the water.


#7- Craving Controls- During this 50-session you first discover your core food cravings and triggers, then you get the specific coping strategies to neutralize those food cravings and take more control in your life.


#8- Body Code Follow Up- For those that previously been body typed and have implemented some of the lifestyle changes but desire additional counsel, this 50-minute session provides the next steps.

#9- Getting On The Ball-
During this 50-minute session you learn, see, and practice specific stretch-strengthening techniques using the "fit ball" to end lower-back pain and abdominal weakness once and for all.

#10- Create Your Own Session-
To discuss motivation, disease prevention, reoccurring injuries, career options or your interpersonal relationships.
All 50-minutes sessions are $90, the two-hour session is $150, and is off
campus. Please schedule all appointments through Spa reservations.
