Green Valley's chefs can show you how to cook deliciously without using unneeded fats & oils and other unhealthy ingredients. When you come to Green Valley we feed you healthy entrees and then show you how to cook them so you can continue to eat healthy at home.

Learn tips such as using pureed white rice to add body and eliminate the need for fat and roux. Marinating in natural fruit juices or fruit juice concentrates adds flavor. An acidic marinade may also act as a protein tenderizer or Powdered porcini, shitake, carrots, orange, lemon and lime zests all make a good last minute flavor accent and can add to the over all plate presentation.
