Cancellation Policy
A one-night advance deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable if you cancel more than thirty days prior toyour arrival date. Deposits are non refundable if you cancel thirty days prior to your arrival. However, your deposit, will be held for one year and can be applied to future reservations. All deposits and cancel fees are based on a per person basis. If you cancel within 10 days of your arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited.
Privacy Policy
WE RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY: We do not rent or sell the information you provide. When you request a brochure a customer service agent will call in about a week to make sure you received your brochure and to answer any questions you may have. We will call once and we will not call you to pressure you or bother you.
Early Departure Policy
Your deposit is applied to the last night of your scheduled stay and is nonrefundable in the event of early departure.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in is at 5:00 pm; checkout at 11:00 am. Programs begin with dinner at 6:00 pm and conclude with lunch at 12:00 noon. A luggage holding area is available for your convenience. if any type of Gift Certificate is to be used, the reservation must be booked directly with a Green Valley Reservationist at 1.800.237.1068. Gift Certificates cannot be applied to any stay at the Green Valley Spa if the reservation is booked online or with a Travel Agent. No cash or cash value is given back for any Gift Certificate value over the amount due. Gift certificates may not be applied towards treatments, Gift Shop items or gratuities. Gift certificates are limited to the value of a one night stay only.
