Jeff Terry

Raised in Southern Utah, Chef Jeff developed a passion for food at an early age. Growing up in a close-knit family Chef Jeff found his calling in a culinary career by preparing many meals for family gatherings. After nearly a decade spent in the retail business he decided to pursue his life long dream of becoming a Chef and moved to Las Vegas, NV to attend Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary arts.

After completing his education and graduating with honors he was granted an internship at the prestigious Red Rock Country Club in Las Vegas, NV. While under the charge of Regional Executive Chef, William Pfersching and Executive Sous Chef Ciro Cucciniello, he found an atmosphere for learning and developed his skills in Classic French Cuisine. His experience there nurtured his passion for food and expanded his knowledge to cover cuisines from all over the world.

Upon moving back to St. George in 2012 he was honored to be named the new Executive Sous Chef at Entrada at Snow Canyon. With his passion, knowledge and experience Chef Jeff worked tirelessly alongside Executive Chef Anthony Olesh to improve on an already long standing reputation for excellence at Entrada.

Chef Jeff is thrilled to bring his excitement and dedication to Green Valley Spa and provide fresh and healthy dishes while maintaining a balance of full flavor.
