Packing for any vacation requires some thoughtful preparation--a spa vacation is no different. Seasonal changes in temperature, activity participation, and duration of visit can help determine your individual needs. If you plan on participating in hiking and fitness classes consult the recommended list below. Please feel free to ask your reservationist for advice. Below is a list of items to be considered to bring during your stay.

  • Sweat Suits (seasonal)
  • Aerobic shoes/cross trainers*

  • Small backpack
  • Sun hat
  • Sun screen
  • Camera
  • Swimming cap
  • Sunglasses
  • Second skin (first aid for blisters)

All hikers are required to have a backpack that allows hands-free-hiking and can carry water, snacks, and other necessities. A basic pack is available for purchase at Green Valley for approximately $50.

* Please note: Proper foot wear for this program is important to avoid injury. We recommend that you wait to purchase new exercise shoes until your arrival, when we can have them professionally fitted.
