Policies

Cancellation Policy

A one-night advance deposit is required at the time of booking. If you cancel seven (7) or more days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel within seven (7) days of your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be held for one year and can be applied to a future reservation. All deposits and cancellation fees are based on a per-person basis. Your deposit is applied to the last night of your scheduled stay and is nonrefundable in the event of early departure.


Gift Certificate Policy

If any type of Gift Certificate is to be used, the reservation must be booked directly with a Green Valley Reservationist at 800-237-1068. Gift Certificates may not be applied toward gratuities.


Pet Policy

Pet fee – $5 per night/pet

Refundable Pet Deposit – $500 charged to the guest's credit card, refundable upon room inspection at check-out as a Cleaning and Damage deposit. Guest is responsible for any damage during the stay of guest and pet(s). Damage amounting to less than the deposit will be deducted from the deposit, all residual funds in the deposit account will be refunded.

Should the damage require a room to be shut-down for cleaning or repair, guest will pay costs of rental revenue and relocation of next intended occupants of room. Should any of these costs listed above exceed $500, guest will pay difference, charged to the credit card on file in guest's folio.

Well behaved pets welcome. Barkers and howlers not allowed. Two pets maximum. Pets must be leashed in public areas. Pets must be crated if left on property unattended. Owner is responsible for pet's behavior. You must make arrangements with housekeeping for service. Pets are not allowed on hikes, in pools, in dining room, classes or treatment center. Owners must clean up after pets.


Child Policy

While Green Valley Spa welcomes children, we ask that you do not bring children to the following adult activities and areas:

  • Classrooms
  • Hikes
  • Lectures

Green Valley does offer youth activities and pools that are open to young children in the Family Fun Center, located behind the main building, adjacent to the Clubhouse.

The Dining Room is open to all children over 5 years old, when accompanied by a parent. For children under 5 years old, the Dining Room offers a take-out service menu.


Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed on property.

If you choose to smoke in your room, your credit card on file will be charged with a minimum $500 cleaning fee per day.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non refundable if you cancel thirty days prior to your arrival. However, your deposit, will be held for one year and can be applied to future reservations. All deposits and cancel fees are based on a per person basis. If you cancel within 10 days of your arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

Privacy Policy

WE RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY: We do not rent or sell the information you provide.  When you request a brochure a customer service agent will call in about a week to make sure you received your brochure and to answer any questions you may have. We will call once and we will not call you to pressure you or bother you.

 

Early Departure Policy

Your deposit is applied to the last night of your scheduled stay and is nonrefundable in the event of early departure.

 

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in is at 5:00 pm; checkout at 11:00 am. Programs begin withdinner at 6:00 pm and conclude with lunch at 12:00 noon. A luggage holding area is available for your convenience.
