Sunday, Day 1

Arrival: Welcome, check in, tour of facility, dinner at 6:00pm.

Monday, Day 2

Activities in addition to classes, meals, treatments, and personal sessions.

  • Medical Intake: Determines health markers and risks, provides specifics for blood testing.
  • Program Orientation
  • Schedule treatments and personal sessions
  • Meditation
  • “Overall Health and Fitness”, with Marium Kroft

Tuesday, Day 3

Activities in addition to classes, meals, treatments, and personal sessions

  • Blood Draw: TSH (Thyroid), CMP (Comprehensive Panel), Cortisol, CBC (Blood Count), Optional testing for additional fee (ESTRAD, PROG, Testosterone).
  • Fees apply for additional blood testing.
  • Guided Hikes
  • Shiatsu/Acutonic treatment
  • Emotional counseling sessions:

Wednesday, Day 4

Saturday, Day 7

  • Assessment and recommendations for continued progress at home, or schedule activities for week two.
