Monday, Day 3 (high fat day)

  • Medical Intake: Determines health markers and risks, provides specifics for the blood testing, oral prescription and administration details.
  • Program Orientation
  • Microfit Assessments: determines body fat percentages, cardiovascular health, fitness level, and weight and measure.
  • Fitness and Health Lecture.

Tuesday, Day 4 (high fat day)

Activities in addition to fitness classes, hikes, meals, and treatments

  • Blood Draw: Blood testing included in your program.
  • Comprehensive Metabolic Profile: a biochemical assessment of general health (ie. Electrolytes, Liver, kidney, glucose, serum proteins.
  • Lipid Panel: cholesterol, trigycerides, HDB, LDL, chol/HDL ratio Fees apply for additional blood testing.

Friday, Day 7 (500 Calories)
